Eu sou um puta fã do som sujão e distorcido do produtor The Cyclist. E sabe o que é legal? O cara agora tem um selo e as coisas que saem lá seguem a mesma linha. Chama Tape Throb Records. O EP mais recente vem de um cara da Russia chamado AL-90. Camadas e mais camadas de timbres sonoros incomuns dos mais saborosos.

I'm a huge fan of the dirty and distorted productions from The Cyclist. And you know what? The man has also a label now and the releases there follow the same ideia from Cyclist's productions. His label is called Tape Throb Records. And the most recent EP comes from a russian guy named LA-90. Layers and more layers of unusual and delicious sounds.

Cuthead - Potato Express

O Cuthead é um produtor de mão cheia. Mas se tem uma coisa que ele é fodão pra valer é em empacotar samples grudendos e ensolarados numas batidas house de mood deep. Essa Potato Express, do seu mais recente EP, taí pra provar isso.

Cuthead is a damn good producer. But he really kicks ass when putting together addictive sunny samples to deep house beats. Potato Express, from his latest EP, is a great example of that.

Awanto 3 - Azrael (With Darling)

O espertíssimo produtor Awanto 3 tá parindo seu segundo álbum chamado Gargamel que, sim, é um nome inspirado nos Smurfs. A faixa que abre o LP, por exemplo, leva o nome do gato do vilão. Homenzinhos azuis a parte, Azrael é um deep hipnótico de diferentes moods interessantíssimos. Promete muito esse disco!

Amazing producer Awanto 3 is giving birth to his second album called Gargamel which, yes, was inspired by Smurfs cartoon. The LP opening track, for example, has the same name from Gargamel's cat. Well, tiny blue men apart, Azrael is a hypnotic deep tune with some interesting moods. Looking forward to hear the whole thing!

Pretty interesting piece of electronic music made with some emotional synths and reverb infused sounds. Beautiful stuff coming from Person Of Interest.

Ross From Friends - In An Emergency

Esse Ross From Friends tem feito barulho com os releases recentes. O último deles tá saindo pelo selo Lobster Theremin e é um housão maduro de timbres empoeirados.

Producer Ross From Friends has been making some noise with his latest releases. The most recent one is coming out on Lobster Theremin imprint and it is a mature house track with some elegant dusty sounds.

Supermax - Hey Hey Hey (A This Soft Machine Edit)

Kurt Hauenstein era o músico responsável por um projeto chamado Supermax, que nasceu lá pelo meio dos anos ointenta e fazia um disco com rock bem danado. O cara morreu em 2011 mas deixou muitos fãs, tipo o Tim Sullivan, que você deve conhecer como This Soft Machine. Como homenagem, o cara fez esse edit, com um baixo ridículo de bom e muito groove.

Kurt Hauenstein was a musician responsable for Supermax, a disco rock project that was born around mid 70s. Kurt passed away in 2011 but let lots of big fans around here, like Tim Sullivan, who you should better know as This Soft Machine. TSM has just made this new edit as a homage. Great bass workout and so many groove.

Passarani – Wonky Wonky Wonky

Ô coisa linda! Disco-house futurista que bate bem sem perder a ternura. Obra do espertíssimo produtor Marco Passarani, que faz parte do Analog Fingerprints Vol. 1, EP incrível saindo pelo selo Numbers.

What a banger! Beautiful futuristic disco-house track for the floor. Taken from Analog Fingerprints Vol. 1, a brand new EP coming out on amazing Numbers imprint. Great effort from producer Marco Passarani.

Malcolm - Track B (Casino Edits #3)

O produtor Malcolm, da patota do selo TIEF, assume um dos lados do mais recente EP da série de edits do duo Casino Times. Faixa de vibe NY disco, nascida no final dos anos 70, com sons antigos de telefone dando um barato. Alô, alô?!

The producer named Malcolm, from the TIEF imprint crew, assumes one of the sides of the most recent Casino Times' edits series EP. A late 70s NY disco jam, with some cheeky dial tones over it. Hot stuff!

Session Victim - Bring It Back

O bom filho a casa torna! É o Session Victim lançando seu terceiro álbum novamente pelo selo Delusions Of Grandeur. Vai se chamar Listen To Your Heart e deve vir recheadíssimo de samples delícia, como já estamos acostumados. Bring It Back é a primeira faixa a pintar por aí e mostra que o LP promete.

The good son returns home! Duo Session Victim is releasing their third album through Delusions Of Grandeur imprint. It's called Listen To Your Heart and features a heavy use of sampling. The first track coming out of the LP is Bring It Back, a house piece that sounds pretty nice.

Bass Clef – Untunnel

Faixa muito crua, quase sem melodia, mas com beats que seguram a onda bem bonito. Release novo do Bass Clef pro sempre cool The Trilogy Tapes.

This is a very raw track, with almost no melodies. But the beats takes the stage and make a very solid job. New release from Bass Clef for the amazing The Trilogy Tapes imprint.

Geotic - Actually Smiling

Olha, que coisa linda é esse Geotic! O cara por trás do projeto é o Will Wiesenfeld, que também comanda o Baths. É dance music pra ouvir em casa, segundo o próprio produtor, que tá lançando esse mini album chamado Abysma pelo selo Ghostly. Música pra encher o peito de emoção.

What a beautiful thing this Geotic is! The man behind the project is called Will Wiesenfeld, who is also responsable for Baths. Geotic is dance music for home listening, according to the producer himself, who is releasing a mini album called Abysma through Ghostly imprint. Essential music with high doses of emotion.

Powder - Heart

Powder é uma produtora japonesa bem nova que tinha só dois EPs lançados até então. O terceiro tá saindo agora e confirma que a mina tem um ouvido bem peculiar pra produzir. Eletrônica de perfume italo-disco bem fora da caixa!

Powder is the name of an up-and-coming japanese producer that had released just a couple of EPs so far. The third one is coming out now and confirms that she has a very peculiar approach to produce electronic music. The result is an out of the box track, with some italo-disco vibes on it.

Aimes - Grandiose Visions

Isso aqui é uma viagem longa e bem boa de 13 minutos. Electro espacial com baixão arpegiado que serve de base pras camadas de guitarras e pianos que vão embarcando no meio do caminho. Não perde esse bonde.

This is a cool long 13 minutes journey. A spacey electro track with some arpeggiated bass that is the basis for nice layers of guitars and pianos that comes in during the ride. Do not sleep on this.

DJ Fett Burger - Pub 18

Faixa disco não muito amigável de baixo safado. Isso é um elogio, pra gente que gosta de sons meio tortos. Do meio pro final ainda vira um ambient calcado em pads viajandões. Mais uma coisa espertíssima do Fett Burger.

This is a not exactly a very friendly disco track. Yet, i love it (as i'm into all those non-traditional dirty disco pieces). The ambient pads that comes in the middle of the track, also adds some cool atmospheric sounds. Another banger from Fett Burger.

Hotmood - Sweet Spot

Vibe delícia, com o pé já quase no finde. Construída com samples otimistas e ensolarados. Obra do Hotmood pro selo cool de Chicago Tugboat Edits.

Tilman & Soutine - It Must Be Nice

Com synths metalizados e um baixo muito deep distorcidão, a dupla Tilman & Soutine arrasa nessa nova faixa pro selo Fine. Coisa linda.

Using metallic synths and a distorted deep bass, Tilman & Soutine do a fantastic job in this new track for Fine imprint. Pretty beautiful stuff.
